Charity Mumbi

Charity Mumbi is an Urban and Regional Planner by background, with a Master of Science in Sustainable Urban Development, and a second ongoing Master of Science in Carbon management. Charity is currently the Research Manager at Slum Dwellers International- Kenya, coordinating evidence-based action Research, urban planning and development work. She has extensive experience in projects’ and teams’ management, critical thinking for problem solving, communication skills, and co- production with the local communities. She promotes sustainable development solutions, especially for the urban marginalized, to improve urban equity and promote the advancement of the dignity of the vulnerable communities.
