Anna works on topics related to land governance, tenure, rights-based approaches and coordinates TMG’s work on the Global Soil Week with a focus on ‘Creating an Enabling Environment for Land Degradation Neutrality in Sub-Sahara Africa’. Her interests evolve around the question of how to truly live up to inclusive development processes when it comes to the access and use of land resources. Before joining TMG, Anna worked as a technical advisor for the ‘Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit’ (GIZ) in Mindanao, Philippines supporting the implementation of conflict-sensitive natural resource management and land use planning approaches. She has also gained experience through research on land access patterns in Nepal and Cambodia.
